To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockRank and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
